Registration Dates

Online registration for the 6th International Barcode of Life Conference has ended, but registration on-site continued throughout the conference. Early registration closed on June 15, 2015. Online registration closed at 4:30 pm Eastern Time on August 14, 2015. All registrations after this date were processed at on-site rates. The registration fees included a comprehensive package of scientific and social events.

Registration Fees

The conference aimed to provide a comprehensive experience to all delegates: scientific program, discussions, and networking opportunities. Therefore, registration included an extensive package:

  • Admission to the full scientific program
  • Admission to evening plenary presentations and discussion panels
  • Welcoming Reception (evening of Aug 17)
  • Breakfast on every day of the main conference (Aug 18-21)
  • Lunch on every day of the main conference (Aug 18-21)
  • BBQ Dinner (Aug 18)
  • Gala Reception at Cambridge Mill (Aug 20)

Refund Policy

Cancellations received by email by noon EST on August 7, 2015 were refunded in full, minus a $40 CAD cancellation fee. No refunds were issued for cancellations received after this date. Only cancellations received by email were processed.
