Keynote sessions will be broadcasted from the conference (we will share the link closer to the starting date) but of course everyone is welcome to tweet or post. Please make sure to ask any presenter before doing live tweets especially in parallel or poster sessions. Presenters can also let attendees know what they prefer by making an announcement at the beginning of their talk.
